    The purpose of FreeRepublic.com's multiple message boards is to limit the topics for each board to particular topics. Posting the same message on all the boards defeats the purpose of multiple-boards for special topics. It is very annoying to see the same message on every bulletin board. PLEASE!     AUSTIN -- Time is running out for Texas telephone customers who want to be on the state's first "do-not-call" list, which blocks telemarketers from calling customers. Customers have until Wednesday to get on the first list. Subsequent lists will be updated every three months. Telemarketers are required to purchase the list and update their records within the first 60 days of the state publication, or be subjected to penalties of up to $1,000 per violation.
