MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The severe thunderstorms that ripped through the Twin Cities and eventually into Wisconsin Friday night have killed at least two people, authorities said. The Burnett County Sheriff’s Office reported that an 11-year-old girl was killed when a tree fell on her at a campground in Burnett County. Officials in the area also said at least 21 people were taken to area hospitals with storm-related injuries. Most were treated and released.
