  • Telemundo Solves Riddle Of Latino Trump Voters Through Actual Journalism

    12/20/2016 5:43:04 PM PST · by Kaslin · 34 replies ^ | December 20, 2016 | Jorge Bonilla
The question hangs heavy over our domestic Spanish-language news media: "Why did Hispanics vote for Donald Trump?" As the inauguration of the 45th President of the United Statescontinues toapproach, our two leading networks took widely divergent approaches to this question. Univision has chosen to treat the question as if it were an unsolvable enigma- not unlike a 17-sided Rubik's Cube delivered straight from the bowels of hell. Anchors and hosts alike have been utterly confounded as to the reasons why a vast number ofLatinos would reject the network's messaging (not to mention the network itself). Anchor Jorge Ramos simply wrote...

Showing how much the liberal media is in the tank for Hillary Clinton in this election, reporters at the joint conference of National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists on Friday afternoon wildly applauded Clinton’s far-left answers to a slew of softball questions about immigration, the electorate, and even whether she has any black friends. The gathered journalists had already given Clinton a friendly reception during her speech before NBC’s Kristen Welker and Telemundo’s Lori Montenegro came out to moderate the question and answer session (not to be confused with the press conferences she’s avoided for...

Apparently Telemundo believes it is perfectly alright to stage events and film them as authentic. In fact, as you can see in the video below, the Telemundo cameraman admits to filmmaker Andrew Marcus of Rebel Marcus that he is indeed staging the event. In this case, two young anti-Trump protesters in San Diego yesterday were holding the Mexican flag upside down and the Telemundo cameraman gave them directions on the proper way to hold the flag. On April 11, at the Bethesda naval hospital, George W. and Laura Bush looked on as Master Gunnery Sgt. Guadalupe Donogean, a Mexican wounded in Iraq, was sworn in as a U.S. citizen. Some 37,000 noncitizens, most of them Hispanic, serve in the U.S. military; Congress is speeding through legislation to make it easier for them to become citizens, and two non- citizens killed in Iraq were granted citizenship posthumously. "It was a very profound moment," Bush said outside the hospital. "We were both honored to witness this." Many Democrats fear that the vision of Bush landing on the aircraft...
