THE HAGUE -- The International Court of Justice today decides on Bosnia’s genocide lawsuit against FRY. The lawsuit, brought against the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) in 1993, claims that FRY was responsible for alleged genocide that took place during the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia. The United Nation’s highest court’s ruling in the case will be presented to the public on February 26, by Judge Rosaline Higgins, on behalf of a panel of 15 judges.
