SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (AP) -- A judge will ask the state Supreme Court on Wednesday to let him stay on the bench after a commission that oversees judges ordered him dismissed because he has three wives. WORCESTER, MA -- Juliano Foleiss got an A+ in English and finished at the top of his class, so he should be able to figure out that he has no reason to leave the United States.
