Federal agents in Washington state have arrested an armed man accused of making threats against President Obama. U.S. Secret Service agents and local law enforcement officers descended on the suspect's apartment complex in Federal Way, Wash., on Tuesday afternoon, sources said. The man, armed with at least two weapons, confronted the officers, who swiftly subdued him and took him into custody.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Secret Service is investigating a threat made as President Barack Obama visited Central Florida on Thursday. WFTV was there as deputies and the Secret Service surrounded an Orange County apartment complex. SAN ANTONIO — A bomb threat cleared out San Antonio International Airport on Wednesday after officials said someone called alleging three packages had been left inside a parking garage. Passengers inside the terminal were herded onto the tarmac, arriving planes stayed parked away from the gates and dozens of firefighters combed the airport searching for explosives. San Antonio Fire Department spokeswoman Deborah Foster said she did not yet know Wednesday afternoon whether anything dangerous had been found.

(CNN) -- A major bridge between Detroit, Michigan, and Windsor, Ontario, was shut down late Monday due to a bomb threat, the U.S. Coast Guard said. The Ambassador Bridge was secured and cleared on both sides after the Detroit Police Department received the threat at 8 p.m., according to U.S. Coast Guard Capt. Jeff Ogden. The U.S. Coast Guard stopped all maritime traffic below the bridge. Local police agencies were investigating the threat, but Ogden said it was "too soon" to determine who sent the threat.
