Wichita, KS – Attorney General Paul Morrison has announced that he is filing 19 misdemeanor charges against late-term abortionist George R. Tiller because he used a second physician that was not financially or legally unassociated with him, as required by law. Operation Rescue has been reporting since August, 2006, that they suspected that Tiller’s association with Dr. Ann Kristen Neuhaus was an illegal one.
