GRAPEVINE - Vandalism wasn’t supposed to be this painful.A suspected vandal who told police he had been drinking “way too much” almost sliced his finger off Monday night when he attempted to slash a tire on a van on Timberline Drive. Police found the 23-year-old Grapevine man with his right pinky finger cut through the bone.The man was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas late Monday to get his finger reattached, police said.
