Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl may never serve a day in prison. An Army officer is recommending that Sergeant Bergdahl face a lower-level court martial. That would mean no jail time, punitive discharge for leaving his post in Afghanistan. Donald Trump called Bergdahl a "no-good traitor" who should've been executed. The Delaware American Civil Liberties Union has filed court papers to stop sex offenders from being evicted from a safe house that is located near a new day care center.
