Algiers - Interpol's new global communications system to track terrorists across the world will soon be operational in Algeria, the international police agency's chief said in an interview on Thursday. Interpol head Ronald Noble told daily El Moudjahid that the tracking system "will help Algeria combat (terrorism) more effectively".
