The Justice Department on Thursday said Trump may not have turned over all of the classified documents taken from the White House. Joe Biden’s corrupt Justice Department on Thursday appealed Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling for a special master to review documents seized by the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago. “Notice is hereby given that the United States of America. Defendant in the above-captioned matter, appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the order of the district court entered on September 5, 2022.” the DOJ attorney wrote. The DOJ in its filing asked Judge Cannon to...

A majority of voters now agree that senior Justice Department and FBI officials are “likely to have acted criminally when they secretly discussed removing President Trump from office.” Voters also think a special prosecutor is needed to investigate the situation, said a new Rasmussen Reports poll released Tuesday. It found that 56 percent of likely U.S. voters believe these officials have broken the law during their discussions in May 2017 to oust Mr. Trump; 36 percent say it’s unlikely, the rest are undecided.

Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe said Tuesday that none of the top eight congressional leaders objected when he briefed them in 2017 on the bureau's decision to open a counterintelligence investigation into President Trump. "The purpose of the briefing was to let our congressional leadership know exactly what we’d been doing," McCabe, who was the acting FBI director at the time, said during an interview on NBC's "Today" show. McCabe acknowledged that he ordered the investigation, but pushed back against suggestions that he'd acted alone in doing so. He said that he consulted with his team, reviewed it with...

Decision at link. A federal court judge on Wednesday threw out Paul Manafort's plea agreement. According to the judge, when Manafort entered the agreement, he said he would "cooperate fully, truthfully, completely and forthrightly with the government," but he broke that agreement when he lied to special counselor Robert Mueller. Judge Amy Berman Jackson said that Manafort "intentionally made multiple false statements to the FBI, the OSC [office of the special counsel] and the grand jury concerning matters that were material to the investigation." Here's the full court decision:
  • Nearly 3,500 Colorado voters cancel registration over Trump voter fraud probe

Nearly 3,500 voters in Colorado as of Friday have canceled their voter registrations over the state's decision to turn over public information to President Trump's voter fraud commission. Thousands of Colorado voters have withdrawn their registrations since January, citing distrust of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity and an unfamiliarity with how much voter information is already public under law, The Denver Post reported Friday. In a statement, Colorado's GOP secretary of state said he hoped the thousands of voters who withdrew their voter registrations would reconsider.
