    Was on Facebook today and stumbled onto the website of one of the groups attempting to unbind delegates on first vote at the convention...Seems they are making an effort to sway the delegates with petitions and emails... Website had all kinds of helpful information to contact rules committee members.     As you probably know, Congressional Delegates in PA (54 total) are unbound. They can vote for whoever they like regardless of who wins their districts... A voter will vote for their preference for president and then also vote for 3 delegates to represent their district. However those delegates are not obligated to vote for whoever won their district, and the ballot does not give any indication of who the delegate will support if elected.
