A worldwide pro-Israel Christian ministry is concerned about today's "Global March to Jerusalem." The Times of Israel reports that Arab and international protestors from 80 countries are taking part in today's Global March to Jerusalem to show their solidary for the Palestinian cause. According to Bill Sutter, executive director of The Friends of Israel (FOI), some bad actors are involved. "There are some horrible connections with Hamas, with Hezbollah [and] with Iran," he lists. And one of the leaders in the march is none other than President Barack Obama's former pastor, Jeremiah Wright.

I was thinking about writing a novel about what might happen if a man who hates America and wants to bring it down is somehow elected president. What would he do? I sketched out a few plot elements, and you can decide whether this will fly. First, the Trojan Horse president would initiate unprecedented spending, driving the debt up by more than $4 trillion just in the first three years. Much of the money would go into the pockets of political supporters and people who donate heavily to his campaigns. He would ram through an unreadable law allowing the federal...
  • Ixnay on Cordray: Not Another Obama Czar

Wrapping himself in the mantle of Theodore Roosevelt's "National Greatness" agenda, President Obama urged the nation to stand strong and unite behind ... his umpteenth regulatory czar. Nothing symbolizes American strength and vigor more than another unaccountable Washington bureaucrat. If Richard Cordray, the stalled White House nominee to enforce the Dodd-Frank financial bureaucracy, is not approved, the wheedler-in-chief warned in Osawatomie, Kan.: "Every day we go without a consumer watchdog in place is another day when a student or a senior citizen or member of our Armed Forces could be tricked into a loan they can't afford -- something that...

If you want proof that U.S. policy towards the Arab Spring is fatally flawed, look no further than William Taylor, the State Department’s Special Coordinator for Middle East Transitions and long associate of Muslim Brotherhood apologists. Taylor officially took charge on September 16 and oversees U.S. aid to countries affected by the Arab Spring, specifically Egypt, Tunisia and Libya. Taylor’s office has been giving Egyptian Islamists training to prepare for the election contests that begin on November 28. He justified it by saying that the assistance is open to all parties and the U.S. wouldn’t pick sides. “Sometimes, Islamist parties...

President Obama responds to presidential candidate Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) for saying he has not done enough for the black and Latino communities. Blaming Republican fiscal ideas, President Obama said we have to "dig ourselves out of a hole that was created by their polices." "That's politics, Mrs. Bachmann wants to run for president. That's pretty much boilerplate language for all the Republicans right now. I think everybody, certainly in the African-American community , the Latino community and across the county, understands that we've had to dig ourselves out of a hole that was created by their polices," President Obama told...

Soon the government will be able to send you text messages and amber alerts. Liberals always try to paper over government intrusion into our lives with noise about how it will be good for us (it’ll make us all safer!). We’ll be able to opt out of these invasions, except for messages from the president. Messages from the king cannot be turned off. So we can ignore directions from Michelle about what to have for lunch, but not Obama’s incessant campaigning. Our Founding Fathers didn’t presage cellular technology but they were pretty clear about our rights to be free from...

Speaking in Chile to defend his decision to launch Operation Odyssey Dawn, President Obama couldn’t resist taking a swipe at George Bush, in a clumsy attempt to make himself look superior. As reported by Fox News, the President declared: "In the past there have been times when the United States acted unilaterally or did not have full international support, and as a consequence typically it was the United States military that ended up bearing the entire burden." As the folks at Fox quickly pointed out, Bush actually had twice as many international allies for the invasion of Iraq as Obama...
