If the Seals had performed a similar attack, removing a body and leaving four others dead and several injured, against some second tier, run-of-the-mill terrorist, Eric Holder would be spinning up the Justice Departments Civil Rights Division to hand down murder indictments. Depending on the mood swings of the lithium medicated American moonbat community, I am not certain that the Seals are out of the woods yet. If this had happened on George Bush's watch, betcha Holder's first act as AG would have been to impanel a Federal grand jury.
