Senior advisor to President Obama Valerie Jarrett spoke at the New York Times Dealbook conference in New York City Tuesday where she tacitly admitted the troubled Obamacare website will not be fixed by the administration’s self-imposed deadline of Nov. 30. While answering softball questions from New York Times Washington Bureau Chief David Leonhardt about the Obamacare rollout debacle, Jarrett said the administration was now “...looking towards the end of the month to see substantial progress” Not fixed. There is widespread fury at the lies which were used to sell ObamaCare, a more than 2,000-page piece of legislation no one read before it was passed, a law opposed by the majority of voters which was crammed down our throats without a single Republican vote. President Obama’s aides went to extraordinary lengths to uncover the identity of a senior official who was using Twitter to make snarky comments about White House staffers. Suspicion gradually centered on Jofi Joseph, the point man on nuclear nonproliferation at the National Security Council. So at a meeting in which everyone was in on the scam an inaccurate but innocuous news tidbit was revealed.
