LITTLE VILLAGE — A 7-year-old girl and 31-year-old man were shot while trick-or-treating on the busy 26th Street corridor Thursday night in Little Village, police said. At 5:30 p.m., the girl and the man were walking east in the 3700 block of West 26th Street as three men stood on the south side of the street. One of those men fired shots at the girl and 31-year-old man, police said. The girl was shot in her lower neck and taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.
