The AntiFa Resist 45 Movement loves to point out that Hillary won the popular vote. However, if you get down into the weeds a bit the picture that materializes isn’t quite what we have been led to believe by the Democrat Party, their bully-boy street thugs, or their media megaphone. As reported in Investor’s Business Daily if you take California out of the equation it is a completely different picture. If you look at every other measure, Trump was the clear and decisive winner in this election. Number of states won: Trump: 30 Clinton: 20 Trump: +10 Number of electoral...

Last week, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., penned an op-ed for The Washington Post equating loose rhetoric by a political opponent with legitimate concerns expressed by many about inadequate safeguards in our electoral system. The op-ed is a classic sleight of hand, reducing a discussion about a topic as serious as election integrity to an ad hominem attack. For the senator, such antics are necessary because the facts simply do not bear out the progressive position. The simple fact is that election fraud often goes undetected. Overburdened prosecutors frequently assign vote fraud cases a low priority, particularly after an election is...

arly last August, an envelope with extraordinary handling restrictions arrived at the White House. Sent by courier from the CIA, it carried “eyes only” instructions that its contents be shown to just four people: President Barack Obama and three senior aides. Inside was an intelligence bombshell, a report drawn from sourcing deep inside the Russian government that detailed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s direct involvement in a cyber campaign to disrupt and discredit the U.S. presidential race.

The new ordinance comes as Seattle has become the fastest-growing big city in the nation and studies show that people on the move vote at lower rates. Landlords will be required to provide new tenants with voter-registration information under a new ordinance approved by the Seattle City Council. The council voted 6-0 on Monday to approve Councilmember Kshama Sawant’s proposal. Three council members, Mike O’Brien, M. Lorena González and Tim Burgess, were absent. Property owners already are required to give tenants an information packet on housing laws, prepared by the city’s Department of Construction and Inspections. Landlords have the option...

A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that the number of noncitizens voting illegally in U.S. elections is likely far greater than previous estimates. As many as 5.7 million noncitizens may have voted in the 2008 election, which put Barack Obama in the White House. The research organization Just Facts, a widely cited, independent think tank led by self-described conservatives and libertarians, revealed its number-crunching in a report on national immigration. Just Facts President James D. Agresti and his team looked at data from an extensive Harvard/YouGov study that every...

The Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Ohio’s Clean Voter Rolls Case Soros Watch Judicial Watch Uncovers Shocking New Clinton Emails The Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Ohio’s Clean Voter Rolls Case You might think that everyone wants integrity in elections. That, as you know, is naïve, as events in Ohio and other states demonstrate. We were encouraged this week, however, when the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari and agreed to hear a case related to Ohio’s efforts to maintain accurate voting rolls. The citizens of Ohio may yet see their right to clean and fair elections upheld. Clearly, dirty...

The Democrat-controlled Illinois House approved protections for illegal immigrants, made voter registration automatic for state residents, and passed more severe punishments for gun crimes Tuesday, the Chicago Tribune reports. Senate President and Democrat John Cullerton, who supported the immigration bill in the Senate, said it will “provide stability” for Illinois’ estimated half-million illegal immigrants by preventing state and local law enforcement from arresting them. Democratic legislators admit the measure is a direct response to President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown, which they say has caused Illinois communities to “live in fear.”

Some inside the Beltway are in a froth about foreign influence in our elections. Yet I’ll wager they won’t say a word about real foreign influence in elections -- even when actual evidence exists. A new report released today documents that in Virginia alone, 5,556 voter registrations were cancelled because of citizenship defects. Many of those cancelled had gotten on the voter rolls despite saying on their voter registration form that they were an alien and not eligible to vote . Voter history records also show that many thousands of ballots were cast by registrants removed for citizenship defects...

The new voter data was gathered from the Kansas-run interstate voter registration crosscheck program, which is used to identify “possible duplicate registrations among states.” The program began in December 2005 and conducted its first crosscheck in 2006. It is administered by the office of Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who was tapped recently to help lead President Trump’s voter fraud commission. The newest data is from crosschecks of voter registrations across 28 states that participate in the program. At least 7.2 million registrations appeared in two states at once, according to the data.

The May 7 Presidential election in France gained the notice of American media far more than any other French election in fifty years. The American press is notorious for its poor coverage of world affairs, so the rare times that the MSM does choose to shine their light on a foreign country, it merits comment. In this case, the reason is easy to see: the press didn’t pay attention to France because of its geopolitical importance, or our shared history with the country, but because they had a chance to design a narrative that matched their politics: they imagined a...
