Focus Ireland is hoping to help thousands of homeless people to register to vote ahead of the local and European elections in June. Focus Ireland’s director of advocacy, Mike Allen, said that there are around 9,500 homeless adults in Ireland and many of them would not be registered to vote. The charity is now hoping to change that as voting registration was simplified after the Electoral Reform Act was passed in 2022. More than 50,000 Irish people have spent at least one night of their lives homeless, according to figures published by Focus Ireland. …

Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is being sued for working with local officials to stonewall a citizen’s efforts to access public election records from the Nov. 8, 2022 general and the May 2, 2023 primary elections.Ms. Benson has a record of resisting transparency dating back to the 2020 presidential contest, after which she ordered local clerks to delete all electronic poll book (EPB) data from that election. In Nov. 2022, just days after the midterms, she ordered local clerks to deny public information requests to examine certain election data stored on their EPBs.EPB files are an original public...

A Wisconsin election official tried to say she was a whistleblower pointing out flaws in our voting systems, but the jury felt otherwise. Kimberly Zapata, a former deputy director for the Milwaukee Election Commission, was found guilty on March 20 of misconduct in office and election fraud after ordering fake military ballots. However, she says it was never her intention for them to be processed. She was indicted last November. The trial lasted three days, where Zapata didn’t testify. The election cycle where Zapata pursued this fake military ballot scheme was during the 2022 midterms (via Milwaukee Journal Sentinel):🚨🚨And here...

In the spring of 2021, volunteer investigators from Ohio acquired publicly available voter data for all 88 counties and started their analysis. Over the next year the researchers found hundreds of thousands of records in their state’s voter rolls with irregular data for which they couldn’t identify consistent explanations, no matter who they asked. In late summer of 2022, they reached out to Marly Hornik, co-leader of New York Citizens Audit, whose team had identified similar inaccuracies in the New York State data. [SNIP] The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 requires election rolls to be accurate. The Ohio team...

California voters have narrowly approved Gov. Gavin Newsom’s statewide ballot measure, Proposition 1, which authorizes $6.4 billion in bonds to fund treatment and housing for homeless people with a mental illness or substance-use disorder. Preliminary election results from the California Secretary of State’s website on Thursday showed that 50.2% of voters chose to approve the measure, while 49.8% voted to reject it. That represents a difference of about 29,000 votes in a race where more than 7 million people turned in a ballot. The razor thin results defied predictions made before the state’s March 5 primary election that the measure...

In November 2022, Rep. Janel Brandtjen, then Chair of the Assembly on Campaigns and Elections, sent out an election fraud alert. Rep. Brandtjen received three authentic military ballots to her home addressed to “Holly,” a woman who has never lived there. Brantjen believed this was part of a scheme to steal votes in Wisconsin. The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on this 2020 voter fraud scheme in several battleground states where military ballots shockingly went almost entirely to Joe Biden. We posted evidence that this occurred in Michigan, Arizona and Georgia. Later that week Wisconsin radio host Dan O’Donnell broke...

Nevada hasn't voted Republican in a presidential election since 2004. I have to admit that I'd nearly given up on the state, as hopes of being competitive there have been repeatedly shattered. But Donald Trump appears to be in a solid position to win it in November. He's led in the RealClear Politics average in Nevada since early November, with an average spread of +4.3 points. In 2020, Trump never led Biden in the RCP average there. Something has definitely changed. Naturally, Democrats have to be worried. Even though Nevada only has six Electoral College votes, those are six votes...

(The Center Square) — Connecticut's top election official is calling for reforms in the wake of a ballot stuffing scandal in Bridgeport's mayoral race, where some people were allegedly paid cash to fill out mail ballots. Secretary of State Stephanie Thomas said her office had referred allegations about election "malfeasance" in the February redo of the mayoral race to the State Elections Enforcement Commission to investigate, including reports from voters who received absentee ballots despite not requesting them. “When alerted, the Secretary of the State’s Office is required to send allegations of election malfeasance to SEEC for their review and...

used to spread misinformation about his defeat and whip up the attempt to overturn it. The Biden administration, Democrats in Congress and even some Republicans sought to do more to hold the companies accountable. Academic researchers wrestled with how to strengthen efforts to monitor false posts. Mr. Trump and his allies embarked instead on a counteroffensive, a coordinated effort to block what they viewed as a dangerous effort to censor conservatives. The article goes on to detail how conservatives have successfully overcome efforts by the left to censor and crack down on claims that the election was compromised:

Democrats don’t support open borders for humanitarian reasons. They want the lines erased because they see every illegal alien as a likely Democratic voter crucial to their political power grab. But there’s another reason: They want to increase the populations of Democratic states to boost their representation in Congress and the Electoral College. Apparently it’s not enough for Democrats to have become authoritarians, they have to be corrupt, too. Of course this is no surprise. Only the corrupt become authoritarians. Austrian economist Friedrich Hayek showed in chapter 10 of “The Road to Serfdom” why socialist systems never have decent people...

The Republican National Committee (RNC) filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, alleging the state’s voter rolls are inflated with ineligible voters. The suit claims that 53 of the state’s 83 counties have more registered voters than they do residents who are eligible to vote. Twenty-three other counties also allegedly have “suspiciously high” voter registration rates of 90 percent or more, which does not comport with the nationwide voter registration rate, according to the suit. The RNC sent a letter to Benson in December notifying the state of “78 Michigan counties that are in violation of...

Rollins resigned as the state’s top federal prosecutor last year.. Disgraced former U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins has been suspended from practicing law in the Bay State. Rollins’ law license was suspended on Feb. 20, for non-payment of registration fees, according to documents from the Supreme Judicial Court of Suffolk County, where the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers filed a motion for suspension. The motion for Rollins’ suspension, among a number of other attorneys, was entered with the court on Jan. 16, and decided on Feb. 20, SJC documents show. “Upon consideration thereof, it is decided that each attorney whose name...

"Count all the votes!" as the lefties liked to say loudly. That was their justification for mass mail-in ballots in California, ballot-harvesting by illegals, and extended voting for weeks and weeks. Election Day? No, election month. They said it was to expand the franchise to "marginalized communities" and raise turnout. Curiously, turnout has now hit a near-record low in a presidential primary year as this Secretary of State supplied data makes clear. Before these new "innovations" were enacted, mostly in the era of COVID, it was not unusual to have turnout in such years in the 70% range. Today, they...

LifeSiteNews ) — In a live response to the Joe Biden’s State of the Union address on Thursday night, Tucker Carlson concluded that the president’s administration was not seeking to attract a majority of actual voters to win the election in the fall but rather was simply planning to “steal the election.” Instead of speaking about issues the vast majority of voters actually care about, such as “better roads and schools, cheaper electricity and food,” Biden promised the American people his priorities of “abortion, war, (and the) castration of children,” the popular video journalist concluded. “And so, what this means...

Illegal immigrants are tilting the balance of power towards Democrats, who are refusing to change the practice of counting them in the Census. “Most Americans do not know that the US census currently counts, for purposes of voting power, all people in a district, regardless of citizenship!” Musk posted on X Friday, in a post with 19.2 million views as of Sunday night. “Senate Democrats just voted unanimously to defeat an amendment that would have stopped counting illegals for congressional seat apportionment and electoral college (presidential) votes,” ... @elonmusk Most Americans do not know that the US census currently counts, for purposes of voting power, all people in a district, regardless of citizenship! Senate Democrats just voted unanimously to defeat an amendment that would have stopped counting illegals for congressional seat apportionment and electoral college (presidential) votes. Since illegals are mostly in Democrat states, both the House and the Presidential vote are shifted ~5% to the left, which is enough to change the entire balance of power! This is a major reason why the Biden administration is ushering in record levels of illegals and doing so few deportations.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a federal lawsuit against the Illinois State Board of Elections and its Executive Director, Bernadette Matthews, over their failure to clean Illinois’ voter rolls and to produce election-related records as required by federal law, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) (Judicial Watch Inc. et al. v. Illinois State Board of Elections et al.(No. 1:24-cv-01867)). The lawsuit requests the court to require Illinois to “develop and implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the registrations of ineligible registrants from the voter rolls.” (Legal pressure from...
