Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker on Thursday signed a measure into law that eliminates absentee voting on weekends ahead of elections but vetoed a provision that restricted weekday voting hours across the state. Wisconsin law allows voters to cast absentee ballots by mail or hand them in to their polling places before election day. Supporters have said the new law creates uniform and fair rules, while critics have said it disenfranchises voters. Four members of the state legislature are suspected of taking bribes. An investigation ensues. Evidence is gathered. The evidence includes 400 hours of audio and video, and, lest we forget, the actual exchange of cash, plus a $2,000 Tiffany bracelet, for services rendered, caught on tape. Next thing you know, the state attorney general drops the investigation and now we are left to wonder: What's next in Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane (D) has decided to drop charges against four state legislators caught on tape accepting bribes in exchange for voting against a voter ID bill in 2012.
