Report weighs terror threat to US food supply A panel of scientists has found the US is still vulnerable to bioterrorism aimed at farms that produce the nation's food. The report has come from the National Research Council, an arm of the National Academy of Sciences. The report found an attack is unlikely to result in a famine or malnutrition, but could shake public confidence in the food supply. WASHINGTON – The House is expected to vote soon on a permanent world tribunal, the International Criminal Court (ICC), recently the centerpiece of a lavish champagne celebration at the United Nations.
