A man who held a 39-year-old man at gunpoint in New Orleans and told him to drive to a location was arrested after the driver bailed out the vehicle in front of a Westwego police officer, according to court records. On Wednesday (May 16) around 3 p.m., Elvis Jackson, 31, met the 39-year-old in the parking lot of a Walmart at 4301 Chef Menteur Highway, police said.
