It’s never been proved in any court that Oswald murdered Officer Tippit or anyone else. In fact, regarding that murder and the assassination of Kennedy, there’s credible evidence that Mr. Oswald was innocent of both crimes. And by the way, in this country people suspected or charged with the commission of crimes are INNOCENT until judged guilty in a court of law. You need to ponder the ramifications of that principle in terms of your “rush to judgment” concerning LHO.
