If we had any real bishops, they would have counseled her of her errors and then excommunicated her. A high profile person calling themselves Catholic, and misleading the faithful is not in communion with the church and committing a grave mortal sin. This should have been done long ago, but there are no bishops who will take the risk of losing their cushy positions.
