Women who've had a Covid-19 infection have less desire, arousal, satisfaction, and fewer orgasms compared to those who've never been infected, a first-of-its-kind study suggests.
Researchers in three states compared the sexual function of more than 1,300 women who either never had Covid, had been infected with the virus, or suffered from long Covid - those who contracted the infection at least three months before the study.
They also measured the participants' levels of depression, anxiety, and stress.
The team found that women who had never had Covid had 'significantly higher' levels of desire, arousal, lubrication, and satisfaction than the Covid and long Covid groups combined.
Additionally, 'those with long Covid reported significantly worse arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and pain,' compared to the other groups, the team wrote.
Dr Amelia M Stanton, study author and assistant professor of psychological and brain sciences at Boston University, said: 'It might be surprising to some folks that long Covid symptoms really may have a physiological and psychological impact on sexual well-being for women.'
The researchers suggest that long Covid could alter blood flow to the genitals, resulting in less arousal. Previous studies have shown that the condition can damage the delicate lining of blood vessels, disrupting flow around the body.
Dr Stanton estimates that this is the first study to highlight the effect of long Covid on sex drive in women.
The team called for doctors to discuss sexual health with patients who have had Covid and offer more resources, such as medication and counseling, for sexual dysfunction

I would be more apt to believe the shot is what is wreaking havoc on their sex lives. Or maybe they have had to many shots from the doctor for everything under the sun during their life. Maybe best to not goto the doctor all the time.

Lack of taste and smell. Is inconvenient. Lack of lung stamina is devastating. And other symptoms are worse.
I’m already seeing him. Before I saw him, we figured I would be dead in just a few months. The protocol extended my life by a few years and the seizures are less frequent.
I was having 3 a week. Now I’m down to 1 every few weeks.
He was furious that other doctors were not taking these seriously and essentially gaslighting me about them. Any one of them could have killed me.

In all seriousness, I definitely had covid,and not the flu, which was confirmed by both the swab test at the tail end of it and by a blood test for the antigens a month later. Both tests were positive. I performed them both, as I had done when I had other "colds" which I suspected might have been covid, but turned out not to be.
I had the flu 20 years ago. It's an experience I'll never forget. I avoid doctors and hospitals at almost all cost, but when I had the flu it was so horrid that I was barely able to drag myself to the hospital. I really thought I was going to die.
For both me and my wife, covid was a joke in comparison. A light, annoying cold, and that was that. Didn't even think to break out my stash of ivermectin, quercetin and zinc. Jut hit some vitamins D3 and C and that was that.
Covid as a spreading new disease was a hoax.
The test was a hoax, the mandated protocols were counterproductive to the point of deadly, and if you had anything it was the cold or flu sniffles.
Um, because men are only half of the equation?
But it was the neurotic or protocol mistreated who detected symptoms before the jabs brought the real situation on.

As we all know, a womans sex life is very important.

The destruction that some get from long Covid is very similar to the destruction that people get from the C19 vaxxx. Of course many get the vaxxx and do not suffer. I figure they have an immune system that is strong in just the right ways.
