The more stories I read like this, the more I wonder if certain people lack the genetic predisposition for that self-control.

To think that there are no differences in disposition, attitude, emotional intelligence etc is irrational. Obviously a pitbull’s disposition cannot generally be compared to a collie, but they are both dogs and related genetically 99% plus. Pure fantasy to think that all people are exactly the except for melanin.
There are a few cultures and a certain religion that celebrate the most base horrible parts of humanity. Avoid them at all costs.
