Regardless of the hair splitting ethical questions, Williams was a good choice for the job. So WHAT if he's black?? He's intelligent, poised and a damned good speaker. He makes a point of knowing what he's talking about. Are these normally admirable qualities now just lies to make minorities love a bill ultimately written by TEDDY KENNDY??

Actually it went to Williams' firm to make ads, not to him personally as a commentator.
And yes, he should have disclosed more often then he did (and he did disclose, just not consistantly and that was sloppy and that was it).
