Exactly. This is black letter textbook law - no citizenship, no standing. I wonder who rhe idiot law school dropout was who filed this suit for them in the first place. Whoever it was ought to be sued for legal malpractice and sanctioned by the Court for bringing a frivolous lawsuit.
