This outrageous saga continues. Moses is now in jail, the issue is going national. SRJ was on Neal Boortz today. Bryan was in World Net Daily. I'm working on getting Diane Alden to put this on to the Marc Bernier Show. Please pass this on to everyone you know. We need to heat this up.

In my opinion, the EPA violates the Constitution just by its existence, and this railroading of an innocent man is a total travesty. This is what happens when a bureaucracy spinning out of control works in cahoots with liberal judges and justices.

Big government has the power to abuse. That is why the framers wanted small government. Less power, less avenues for abuse.

I am remind more and more of God characterizing governments as beasts. Big, devouring, destructive beasts. I think God is right.

Surprise, surprise. The infamous 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is in on this affair. Maybe I'm judging the judges unfairly, but it's hard not get the impression that they do seem to have more natural affection for murderers than for citizens that run afoul of the regulations of the federal envirocracy.
