March 9th, 2009 Now, 27 years later Hillary Rodham Clinton (US Secretary of State) announces a new US government program to offer $900 million for scholarships to Palestinians. This money can be used to either go to our universities or universities in the Middle East. I wonder where she got that idea. Oh, and by the way, this is not oil money this is from the new found resource of your tax dollars.
