His eligibility was proven to the satisfaction of the states who placed him on the ballot. It was proven to the satisfaction of the electors who met and Constitutionally cast their votes for him.

Thank you for being more specific. Obama has not been required to prove anything. Nothing has been proven! Nothing! The only document(s) provided have been a "Certification of Live Birth" which is not the same as a "Certificate of Live Birth". A “Certificate of Live Birth” is a Birth Certificate. A Certification is not, period.

There are numerous examples of persons born outside of the USA who have been given Hawaiian Certifications of Live Birth based only on a form filled out and signed by one family member. We don't even know which hospital in Hawaii he was supposedly born in. The keys to the most mighty military and nuclear arsenal in the history of the world have been handed over to a person whose documentation wouldn't even be enough to prove his age eligibility for many little league teams. He also won’t release any other records which would give us a better indication of who this person really is. This is insane.

Can’t you see zer0 in court. Remember the scene at the end of “The Untouchables” when Capone(Robert De Niro), is sitting there, smuggly confident of yet another rigged jury verdict. Now remeber the look on his face when the judge had the jury switched because Elliott Ness(Kevin Costner) had something on the judge. That is the look I, and the rest of us want to see on zer0’s face when Judge Carter rules against him. He won’t be able to accept that. It won’t be going according to 0bamatiion’s plan. That will be a Kodak moment for sure.

Folks....it is granted that Dr. Taitz is rather animated and given to hyperbole. However, that doesn’t mean she isn’t correct in pursuing this. Before you sell her short...say out loud “ACORN.” Two young free lancers have successfully set up a sting in three locations on that organization with strong ties to POTUS Obama. Their amature work has appeared to bring down ACORN. They have lost their ability to mess with the census. The Senate has defunded their ties to HUD. If they can accomplish this, the same thing can happen in regards to POTUS Obama’s eligibility question IF there is any smoking gun to find. I already think POTUS Obama is not eligible because his father was not a U.S. citizen. If they can find other things via POTUS Obama’s BC that reflect on his credibility, it might bring his administration down or at least permanently cripple it.

Question: would Carter encourage early discovery if he was leaning towards granting obama’s MTD? It just seems to me that “encouraging” early discovery is a clear sign of which way he’s headed but I don’t know enough about court’s actions....

Who says he's "leaning" towards granting MTD? The MTD wasn't even filed until the Friday before a three-day weekend and Judge Carter hadn't yet reviewed it Tuesday morning when the case first began. Judge Carter asked for a certain amount of time to review and make a decision on the MTD and in the meantime, encourage discovery should he rule against the MTD (that he hadn't yet reviewed) so that case can move along expeditiously. This is probably routine procedure in his courtroom.

It doesn't appear that Judge Carter has shown preferential treatment to either side in this case.

In spirit there is a case there; perhaps a class action. But it would be extremely difficult to pick a provable target through all the layers that separate a candidate from his contributors. It's a very defensible position for him. If proved to be an usurper, so much low hanging fruit will suddenly appear for easy pickings that I don't think campaign contributions will be on the menu ... Just thinking out loud.

It was met to the satisfaction of Congress, made up of men and women elected by "we the people" to represent us, who met and certified the vote in accordance with the Constitution.

As soon as "ignorance of the law" becomes a valid and legal defense for the law breakers, our republic is truly at its end. You seem to suggest that a consensus of the ignorant is sufficient to rubber stamp the crime. I respectfully, but completely, disagree. We, thankfully, do not live under a democracy, and mob rule is not the rule of law.

No, discovery starts Sept 8, and is accumulated for the Oct 5, MTD (motion to dismiss) hearing. If MTD is tossed, she has scheduled a hearing for Oct 19 (Monday), to submit evidence to the court. Obama has 30 days, plus 3 days for mail delivery to refute the discovery, or it goes to court on January 21st, unless discovery clearly shows he is ineligible, in which case, summary judgement can occur within 30 days after discovery, or about October 20, the day after submitting evidence to the court.
