Limbaugh issue: Hypocrisy abounds in the NFL
Miami Herald ^ | October 15, 2009 | Armando Salguero

Pulling his shorts up to his waist and then motioning over to a couple of waiting reporters who wanted to interview him in the Dolphins locker room Wednesday, nose tackle Jason Ferguson used the N-word......

And this is the NFL Roger Goodell wants to protect from Rush Limbaugh comments?......

Smith's e-mail rejects discrimination. Well, is it not discriminatory in America to want to exclude someone from a business venture simply because one does not agree with that person's politics?.....

Rush was delusional as the posters here who thought he had a chance

Sports is reporting riddled with left wing idealogues and is as bad as the MSM —the prospective owners would have been crucified in the sports media and if Rush and the Posters here thought it would be any different because he was the GREAT RUSHMO they were out of touch with reality

Many of the owners are BIG Liberals

Here in PA the owners of the Steelers and the Eagles are big Obama lovers

Americans are addicted to sports and there is ZERO chance of any boycotts

The Romans had their games

We have our NFL MBA NBA

Games come before political beliefs

The deal is this. All liberals are allowed to be racist. All normal people are condemned as racist even if they are obviously not. This is life in the USA in 2009. Get used to it.

Fine. I’m boycotting. I’m sick of know-nothings slandering people. I’ve had it.

I can live without the NFL.... I enjoy the college version of the game more anyway.

Perhaps the silver lining in this cloud is the light it sheds on political discrimination in other institutions.

Our education establishment already effectively bans conservatives, our government bureacracies are infested with those who manage to limit employment of those who don't tow the liberal line, and the negative repercussions have become manifest-Rush's plight will further illustrate the lunacy Americans have been accepting without a peep.

This particular event signals the PC creep into the private sector, which makes it substantially more threatening to freedom-lovers, already somewhat more vigilant since the libs began their massive overreach.

I've always believed that America needed only to awake from its slumber. PC is being exposed as the cancer to freedom it's always been, so let's just sit back and watch the repercussions, the media is already being compelled to revisit the ownership Jay-Z, the rapper, managed to acquire in the New Jersey Nets NBA team.

Mark my words, this travesty will have its own punishment, yet another backlash to a liberal attempt to control the uncontrollable.

Ticket holders should have a visible protest from the stands this Sunday. Get your signs ready for the TV audience.

Goodall doesn't want Rush because he is divisive but he has no problem with the divisive prick Olbermann ruining Sunday night football. I know I am one of many who cannot watch football when that fat faced moron is involved in the game

The NFL can tolerate extreme left-wing nutjobs like Olbermann but cannot stand Rush? This is about politics, nothing else.

Negro Felons and Liberals can do without me anymore.
