Say what you will about Carville, but he is the master of slime. This is going to be a classic, Clinton era, smear campaign. PI’s will swarm over people’s histories, searching for the slightest indiscretions. What they cannot find might be invented, all in an effort to smear and discredit anyone they can get. If they can get someone to turn, or simply silence them…mission accomplished! Also, the attack is designed to have a demoralizing effect on the movement, as well as putting it on the defensive, rather than the offense. We need to be aware of this, and plow through with facts, and stay on message.
Always remember Alinsky’s 13th Rule…
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and ‘frozen.’…
“…any target can always say, ‘Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?’ When your ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the ‘others’ come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…’
This is standard operating procedure for the left. They cannot debate facts or reality. Their beliefs are based in neither, and they LOSE if the argument or conflict is based in reality. They have to attack messengers to discredit or disregard their messages. It is the basis for all Liberal/”Progressive”/Democratic operations. All arguments and debates are re-framed into personal attacks. They know that facts are on our side, so they seek to prevent them from being discussed or heard.
So, let the games begin!

Typical liberal thinking tells them that people can’t do anything without instruction from central leadership.
This must be “joke of the day”.
The Tea Party has no leadership.
Clinton will be like Chekov on the streets of current day San Fransisco asking for “nuclear weapons”.
What these fools don’t realize is that the Tea Party doesn’t have “leaders”. It’s just ordinary people who have already been screwed over by a fascist government. They’re not going to suddenly love Big Brother.
ain’t gonna work.....”tea party” evolved into what it is (what it might become) too slowly and spontaneously over too long a period of time.......”leader” trick won’t work......they’d do much better “freezing” obama as the leader of ACORN....he needs a backrub anyways....

I believe the klinton strategy was "Deny, Delay, Attack". They denied that the Tea Parties were really a movement, but since the influence in the special elections is undeniable, they have escalated to the attack phase.
Incidentally, Carville is looking more reptilian every day.

We are on the third step right now. In November we will be on the fourth step.
Plus there is another thing the liboturds cannot understand. One of the reasons this movement is growing is because of all the crappola being dumped on those who do not agree with the enlightened thinking of the libs. There is real anger over that. And if Johnny starts doing it to the Tea Party people, that anger will only grow and expand. It will be simply feeding the fire.
