If Islam can so casually be declared “not a religion,” then the same could be done for Christianity, Judaism, etc...
This is a dangerous precedent to set for religious liberty. The Constitution protects all of us.
Name another “religion” that has, as part of it’s so called “revealed scriptures” the forcible, violent conquest of the entire world civilization, and its subsequent deconstruction.
Not a portion.
Not a territory.
Not by persuasion and willing conversion.

I am quite ready to provide analytical and historical facts to support my assertion that Islam is *not* a religion, and certainly not in any way comparable to Christianity, Judaism or whatever the etceteras are to which you are referring.
