That would be big, but the Democrats in the Texas House and Senate are blocking that. I agree with you on that, but the Governor does not have that kind of power in the Texas system.

Normal excuse given to cover up Perry's Open-Border stance.
All one has to do to prove this is look at the plethora of threads posted about Perry since Sarah announced her movie and her bus tour to find the necessary evidence of Perry's ugly, non-conservative position on border issues.
Do us a favor and quit pimping damaged goods.
