It has been said that there are three kinds of lies in this world; lies, damned lies and statistics. However, sometimes statistics really do tell the full story.
When issues of immigration, race and religion are involved, some very awkward questions arise and our political elites in the West are ready to use the full force of their intellect to confront these issues head-on. I'm kidding of course. Our political elite would rather do anything than confront hard questions of culture. How else can one explain President Acorn plumping for an amnesty for 14 million illegal aliens while America suffers from 9% unemployment? On no other issue is the disconnect so great as between elite opinion and popular opinion.
America is not alone in this polite ignoring of facts. Almost all Western countries make this mistake. Let us take a hard look at Norway. Rarely does a statistic stand out as jarringly as this: a study by Norwegian police has shown that over the past five years 100% of rapes in the capital of Oslo were committed by Muslim immigrants. Yes, they come from nation that hate women and see free females with their careers and uncovered faces as fair game. But can anyone explain what Norway has gained from inviting in this group? Other than the shattered lives of Norway's native-born female victims, that is.
Norway has brought into an otherwise stable society 32,000 Pakistanis, 28,000 Iraqis, 28,000 Somalis, 17,000, Iranians, 16,000 Turks, 16,000 Bosnians, 13,000 Kosovars, and 12,000 Afghanis. Other than bankrupting Norway's welfare system, nothing good has come from this. Rape is one terrible cost, but there are others, including no-go zones in major cities, and a lack of social cohesion.
Never before has the heartbreak of sexual assault been so convincingly put at the feet of a specific community that had no right to be in the country, but was invited in by good liberals. Interestingly 61,000 Poles have immigrated to Norway, but not committed a single rape in the past five years. Politically correct immigration laws impinge on the rights of the native-born. That is something we might want to consider as we use liberal notions of “fairness” to decide who gets to live in our communities.

Interestingly, the same study said almost all of the victims were native-born Norwegian women. Of course, since Norway is still populated mostly (89%) by Norwegians, that statistic is easy enough to believe.

That is still a staggering figure.
Norwegian Educators must be as stupid as our’s:
“Unni Wikan, a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo, in 2001 said that “Norwegian women must take their share of responsibility for these rapes” because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. The professor’s conclusion was not that Muslim men living in the West needed to adjust to Western norms, but the exact opposite: “Norwegian women must realize that we live in a Multicultural society and adapt themselves to it.”
As I said, I don’t doubt the number is high but only an idiot would believe that 100% or rapes there are committed by muslims.
100% over 24 hours would be believable as would a week or even a month but it really stretches credibility to say that 100% of rapes over 5 years were committed by muslims. It would be believable to say that 100% of rapes committed by immigrants were committed by muslim immigrants.
To believe it without proof is to be driven by emotion and I’ll leave that up to the liberals.
I’m thinking birdshot to the hands and groin. Ballistic analysis will be difficult.
I just did a little research.
There have been news stories literally from a WEEK before
9-11 about the spiralling rape statistics in Norway, primarily centered on Oslo. It has been a BIG problem which seems to be getting worse: overwhelming majority of victims
(80% PLUS), being Norwegian women, overwhelming majority of perps (MINIMUM 2/3) being non-Western males. There is no reason to believe that the stats have going into 2011 have become more balanced-—obviously the perps are Islamic males, given what we know about their attitude toward “free”
Western females, AND the preponderance of Islamic males in the immigration pattern. So even if the stats don’t support a verifiable 100%, the problem is inescapably tied to Muslim males and the extremely bad idea of allowing them into Norway.
Find if you can the words (on this thread, or elsewhere)
of one “Hamid” who expounds easily on the justification of raping Scandinavian women as opposed to Arab women. It’s enough to make your hair curl.
Norway could start dealing with this problem and making a dent in it by DEPORTING all foreign males now incarcerated for these crimes. This might only be possible with a change of their own laws, however.
Deporting them would at least alleviate a little burden on the public, which has to support them in a probably very comfy prison lifestyle.
Like much of europe they appear to have a whole range of rape classifications which clouds the issue. I found a story from 09 that mentions some contributing factors like “early sexual debut”, high alcohol consumption, and “free sexuality”. These things would naturally stir the muslims to a frenzy.

I’m half Swedish with family from Malmo. I know exactly what happens in these communities. Still, I find it had to believe that not one descendant of Vikings committed rape in 5 years.
