Last night I was at a monthly club meeting. Two friends, who are both officers with the Hillsborough County ( Tampa) Sheriff's Dept were there, and naturally talk turned to the Casey Anthony trial. Both said that the ONLY smart way to handle her release was to do it early..to avoid the frenzy, the circus. FWIW, here's how they would do it, their time line, and rationale...
Therefore, she should be released sometime tonight/early tomorrow morning. Best time would be between 3am and 5am Saturday morning. Weekends are busy, often hectic, at jail facilities..lots of vehicles coming and going, so it wouldn't be difficult to sneak here out, and then transfer her to her attys at an off site location.
Sheriff can do so on his own authority. Then, Sunday morning, 8am..press officer makes an announcement that Casey Anthony was released early, and that they have no knowledge of her whereabouts. Have a good day, and drive safely.
It does make a lot of sense. It makes life a lots easier, and safer, for all parties concerned.
Your thoughts ????
Playboy offers her a centerfold.
Who?
Did I turn off the iron ?
IMHO the prosecutor did not prove beyond a shadow of that she murdered the child. I don’t think that they ever proved what killed the child.
She will probably be sneaked out in some delivery vehicle and to an airport.
She made her bed, got off free, and what happens to her from there on out is her problem. Nobody owes her any special protection. If she wants it, she can pay for it herself.
The only time I care to hear about her would be if she gets the same thing OJ got. Prison.
Prosecutors don’t have to have proof beyond a shadow of a doubt. She murdered her child.
>> Your thoughts ????
I think we should all stop obsessing over this worthless piece of human excrement.
Thanks for asking.
I have some duct tape......
some one in that home was responcible for the kids death.......you dont know who and neitehr does any one other than those 3 sickos
The cause of death was never determined. When the answer to the most pertinent question in a murder trial is “we don’t know”; that is reasonable doubt.
Next time you see here she will have yellow hair and breast implants... doing porno. We will be inundated with interviews of her on TV, and young people will make a celebrity out of her.... their new idol. THAT is how twisted the culture is NOW.
I really don’t care what she does, so long as she doesn’t get a job in a day care
Not true. The grandparents did not murder their grandchild.
You obviously paid no attention.
Well, I probably should do an oil change on the R100RS before I take it on the Poker Run tomorrow...
That's about it for now.
Playboy is too high-class.
Probably Hustler or Juggs.
I don’t care.
WHO?
Where's the closest point in the Everglades that they can drop her?
The State’s burden is to prove a defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The State decides what charges they want, and ask the Grand Jury to return an indictment on those charges. The State was aware that the case they would be presenting was entirely circumstantial. The State set themselves up to fail. Guess headlines were more important than a conviction. Casey Anthony answered the State’s charges. The State did not sustain their burden. Now the State, being a sore loser, wants to be reimbursed for the cost of her prosecution. I hope she gets out of jail safely and is able to lead an anonymous life somewhere else. I blame the State for the failure to convict. The snake people were convicted quickly and quietly this week. Justice should happen in courtrooms, not headlines.
