Lino Sima Ekua Avomo was in Moscow when Roman Obama was at the Lumumba University. He was plain old Roman Obama when interviewed as a 31 year old law student in 1992. He was plain old Roman Obama at the Equatorial Guinea embassy in Accra, Ghana, and plain old Roman Obama when he represented Equatorial Guinea at some World Bank conference...(link lost).
The 31 year old law student was born in 1961. Lino Sima WHO DIED IN 2003 was born in April 1957. Changes nothing about when Roman Obama was born, and doesn't tell you how he came to call himself Ekua, why nor when.

WH, you’ve always been very helpful, it might be more to the point of you come straight out and say what it is you are thinking. Seems you can’t see any connection between the student at the Moscow university, and the person who is at the EQ embassy in Washington DC.

The Obama from Equatorial Guinea is not the guy who was claiming to be president of the US; the Guinea Obama still exists--would have made a much better President than Barry although he too would not have been eligible. That is Roman Obama who is presently a delegation member from Guinea--he really is the son of Barrack H. Obama Sr.
Well that is all very neat except you haven't exactly given the actual true name of the mother which was Juliana--she was actually called Anna; if she was every married to one of the Toutonghi's, she was called Anna Tout.

Nor does it tell you much about who his real father was. And, they do have sufficient control over the records in Equatorial Guinea to issue birth certificates certifying anything they want--I don't believe Roman was born there either.

In both pictures, the swim trunks on the two younger boys are the same, and the older boy is the same boy. One pic has Rita/Auma, and the other pic has O Sr. This places all those kids as being kids of O Sr. Swim trunk (kid with stick) matches in this picture also: 
OK now that is another interesting point. Roman clearly appears in pictures at Moscow at Lumumba in 1992 at age 31. So it is not unreasonable to calculate his birth as having occurred in 1961.
So if the birth date you want to use for Juliana of 1963 is accurate, that eliminates her as Roman's actual mother.
I reject the introduction of Eukue as Roman's father. He may have been married to either Juliana or alternatively to a hypothetical true Anna Tout who does not appear clearly on the record.
I think you have to recognize that a significant effort was invested in obscuring the origin of Roman. Juliana as his mother is not an unreasonable thesis but it may be part of the deception.
Easy to make Juliana Anna; and once you get there, there is a reasonably clean time gap in her available history to make her a Toutonghi. My assumption has been that she was in fact born in 1943 (not 63).
That may not be correct and it may in fact be that Juliana was Roman's mother only in the relationship sense as he was becoming an adult in Guiena after his return from Moscow.
I think you need to find the true Anna Tout, fundamental Christian missionary in Kenya with her father among the Philippine doctors after a failed marriage in the Toutonghi community. Juliana may in fact fit that pattern but she needed to have been born long enough before 1961 to even have been Roman's mother at all.
Without access to true hard data you can construct a speculative pattern that might come closer to fitting the fact of Juliana's birth several years after the birth of Roman.
No way to make the older boy in the Ruth-Obama Sr. pictures anyone other than Roman--the square face and build are pretty clear even at the younger age (and as you may know, I really try to avoid pictorial images as a basis for determining the facts but here, the images are so clear).
The story of Roman hits too many of the obvious places to see him anyone else--he is physically at the Toutonghi boarding house in January or February of 1961, long before Barry is born; the mother attempted to adopt him out at the Salvation Army in April of 1961; he was obviously older than Barry when the two boys picture was taken in Boston. He appears in Kenya with Ruth and Obama Sr. after Obama Sr. returns to Kenya with Ruth which happens in 64.
I think we have conclusively established that the Stanley Ann story as the Anna Tout living at the Tout boarding house in 1962 is clearly fraudulent. From the fall of 1961 until early 1963, Stanley was serving as an Au Paire in a Boston dwelling owned by Barry's father's sister.
Thereafter Roman has trouble making living arrangements with Senior, or with Ruth, work in Nariobi as he grows up. He winds up back at the village for a time; later bouncing around Nariobi.
By the time he gets to age 14 or 15, he has been cleaned up sufficiently to appear in the father son picture with Senior seen hanging on the wall in Sarah's cabin.
You can see how Juliana, daughter of a true Anna Tout, might well have been in the family role participating in Roman's development.
The Anna-Juliana family were clearly part of the Christian community. As the person who participated in Roman's later development as the obvious Christian he became, you can see how she might well have played the significant role, probably as the daughter of the true Anna Tout.
All of the apparent participants, Barack II, Roman, Juliana, and Mark had an interest in supporting the public legend set out in Dreams to make Barack II a significant political figure. So you need to take all the story Mark has given you as being a false concoction--the pictures may be good; the ones he obviously manipulated with software (which help you recognize his interest in developing a false legend) are clearly false; but the ones he finally winds up using may be good but he has a direct as well as direct financial interest in using them to support the public Dreams legend.
To make Juliana Anna Tout, she obviously would have to have been born some years before Roman. That is all possible and a later birth date might have been part of the effort to obscure the true facts.
And Juliana, obviously a committed Christian, fits fairly well in the role of the failed Toutonghi marriage; subsequent missionary with her doctor father to Kenya; meeting Obama Sr. and following him to Hawaii and becoming pregnant in March of 1960.
But it takes a fair amount of construction to fit her in to all of those slots. The time line, particularly if a later birth date for Juliana is accurate, suggests you might see a true Anna Tout behind Juliana who did fit those slots.
If so, obscuring her subsequent history would have been a necessary part of supporting the fairy tale behind Dreams.
That too would not have been difficult--finding her later married in the Christian community in Gueina where she ends her life off the record.
