That analysis is a common one, but trying to run the other-than-Romneys out of the race as quickly as possible plays into the Romney voters hands. If everybody now in the race just stays in the race throughout the entire state-by-state primary process and convention system, Romney winds up at the convention having garnered his 20-something percent of the vote. The other 80% of more-or-less conservative delegates and candidates are going to stand idly by while the liberal candidate with 20-something percent takes the nomination? I don’t think so.

That's wishful thinking. There is no-way, no-how, that the Establishment would allow such a fantasy to occur.
