If you're sending your attorneys out to lie to get a copy of the certificate posted on the website perhaps, alright, actually I think he was actually born in Hawaii, but all of that aside, we are not gonna win this election based on whether he was born in Hawaii or not. We are gonna win this election because our country has to change direction or we are quickly headed to a point where we are not gonna be able to recover."

The problem is that Abercrombie was lying to cover that they never found anything. The state archives in Hawaii don’t contain any birth records more recent than 75 years old. This is verified on the state archives website. I suppose it’s possible that Obama might be a vampire who was born 100 years ago and had his birth written down in the archives, but the truth is that there was nothing in the state archives at all. Abs was simply talking out of his ass.

If Obama is kept off the ballot ... as SHOULD happen ... we can guarantee Obama will not win in 2012. Why allow him the chance to win the election when it's so easy to take him out?? Too many people have pooh poohed this entire effort as an attempt to litigate away the results of a valid election, and therefore they have dismissed this issue as a tantrum of "sore losers."
It is relevant beyond just this guy. This issue needs to be settled regardless of the consequences towards Barack Obama. We need to make sure another guy like him NEVER gets into our circle of Power. I suspect it will only be after we can get their minds off of Barack Obama before they can be made to understand the principles involved, and the need to take those principles seriously.
Anyway, you are spot on. These people enabled this disaster because they didn't want to deal with this situation as it concerns Barack Obama and his Media entourage.
Yet, he is "black" according to:
1. The Left -- If his political ideology is Left then the color of his skin is what matters most; or,
2. Racist Groups -- Following the teachings of the organization in which the late Democrat senator Robert Byrd held an official position as a recruiter, if a person has one drop of ...(well, you know the rest); or
3. Obama Himself -- According to reports, he checked "black" instead of "mixed" for race on his census form although his mother was white (under the bus, you go!); or,
4. A Democrat Socialist Party Leader -- Good ol' Jimmy Carter, the "elder statesman" of the Democrat Party, referred to him as a "nice black boy"; or,
5. A Racist Preacher -- The "Rev." Wright said Obama was called a "negro" (only that "man of God" didn't say "negro").
So you see? -- It just depends on your perspective.

IF "Obama" is telling us the truth about who his father is, it doesn't matter if he was born in Hawaii, because that would mean that he doesn't have two citizen parents and is therefore automatically not a NBC.
Sadly, NBC status based on lack of potentially divided loyalties seems to not matter any longer.

The hand written marks on the image that is claimed to be the LFBC indicate that the Fathers Race was ‘Not Stated’. That comes the number 9 written in that field.
9 = ‘Not Stated’ in the numerical data encoding of the period.
If the forgers did not understand the handwritten markings then they likely left them as-is while changing the typed fields. To match ‘African’ the encoding would have been the number 2 - the same as ‘Negro’.

That's absurd. It's not an advantage to declare oneself a foreign student: you become ineligible for undergraduate financial aid and you have to pay much higher out-of-state rates for tuition.
Heck, if the Kenyan Clown had managed somehow to get some type of extraordinary aid package as an undergraduate, you can bet your house that he would have lauded this extraordinary achievement to the skies. Since he has never made such a claim, he didn't. Instead, all that he has ever mentioned are a plethora of ordinary student loans, which are not available to foreign students.
Nice try, but he may have applied to Occi as an Indonesian and received lots of aid, then applied at Columbia as from HI. He had an Islamic sugar daddy, anyway, when going to Harvard. I am certain that Obama was born in Kenya, is most likely an illegal alien, and my best guess is that he didn't apply to any U.S. university as a foreign student.
Think for a second: just how many of the thousands of illegal aliens now attending U.S. universities claim to be foreign students? Zero. There's no advantage for a Mexican illegal alien to tell a university that he is a foreign student: he will get socked with higher tuition, and he will be ineligible for financial aid. Instead, they lie and claim American citizenship, exactly like the Kenyan Clown did.
The Kenyan Clown has used his foreign birth to his advantage when it suited him, such as when he was trying to pitch books. But when it suited him to lie, he has certainly done that, such as when he ran for president and when he went to university.
