I think it was one of his aids, Immanuel or Axelrod, maybe.

I remember him saying something to the effect of....elections have consequences and I won, to Bonner. Not sure I ever saw a clip though.

The arrogance of this man is unprecedented.

Simply because he won an election, he believed he had the power to ram his agenda through a Democratic Congress and onto the American people.

During the Obamacare debates Obama did a round table discussion with members of congress which was televised. Lots of congressmen were present including Ryan and John McCain. When McCain got a change to speak he made a point to which Obama very condescendingly responded with something like, “Sorry John but you lost the election”. I’m sure there’s video of it somewhere.

I remember he said it to Boehner during early 2009 in a ‘bi-partisan’ meeting with Congress at the White House. I don’t believe it was on video, just reported to have being said by those in attendance.

Obama's arrogant comment to John McCain's very respectful question on the power grab otherwise known as the "health care," or "Affordable" Care Act legislation is here.

This clip, alone, with the now-familiar insulting and disengaged body language which precedes his comment, tells all anyone should want to know about the leadership intentions and ability of this man.
