RICHMOND, Va. – With just one more day to go in the campaign, there is one group of voters that Republican Ken Cuccinelli needs to win over to become the next governor of Virginia: Female voters. He currently trails his Democratic opponent Terry McAuliffe by 16 points among women.

Carol Noggle, legislative coordinator of the League of Women Voters of Virginia, believes that women are likely to have a significant impact this year.

“There were more women than men who are registering to vote,” Noggle said in a phone interview. “The higher turnout may be among women than men,” said Noggle, who thinks that after the election it will be important for female voters to remain engaged. She recommended young voters to watch the election and what happens with the legislators when they start drafting bills.

Think of it like being mad at yourself for thinking with your d*ck.

Sadly those days are past.

No doubt some women are manipulated by the Democrat ‘war on women’ mantra and some vote Dem for security or based on feelings. Some just can’t stand the Republicans lack of respect for females. IMO, neither party is deserving of the women vote.

Gee, I thought it was the Libertarians who were going to get the Democrat elected!

I guess that is fizzling out now.

Many women are against abortion!

It is 'men' who push it!

Find one major GOP office-holder with any game at all and the whole equation will change.

Mr. Dreamy, who lost to a punchline of a candidate, 53.7% to 46.3%

True, but it was a miracle he was able to win to begin with in a deep blue Communist state like Massachusetts. Even in 2012, he lost 54-46, but this was while Obama was crushing Romney in the state by something like 64-36, still a huge improvement.

Care to look Sarah Palin in the eye and propose that?

yes. I’ll give away less than half of the female vote to get a more responsible government base on issues instead of free rubbers and pills desired by the other 60%.
We need a government run by people that can think rationally, not driven by fear and emotion and the only way to do that is to take irrationality and fear out of the equation. We started down this path after women received the franchise and it’s been a long glide down a steepening hill ever since. We were a country that once looked down on people that mooched off of charity, now we openly promote government dependance and replace the man of the house with an EBT card and a promise to keep the money coming as long as you vote democrat.

Va voters have to be incensed that stupid Oahaha and dumb-head Biden actually set foot in their state---pimping for McAwful.

Every voting Virginian---even dead voters---noticed Ohaha//Biden were too scared to even mention Obamacare....nor did the two lunkheads mention that McA supported it AND would expand it, as governor.

Today's the day Va voters can express their righteous anger----at the polls----on that grinning Dem suckup--McAuliffe.

McAwful has no platform, he has no plan, he has no ideas and has not put forth anything positive for the state. He was awful in debates, spewing nothing but doublespeak and backtracking talking points and is one of the most unqualified people to ever be on a ticket for any elected office anywhere. By all accounts, he will be an absentee governor, delegating the responsibilities to his toadies while he campaigns and raises money for Hillary in NoVa. His campaign has made a concerted effort to make his a Seinfeld campaign, about nothing.

Yet, he is leading and will most likely win for one reason.

Yeah....agree.

The polls do not look good for Ken....but I just read that they said then, “pro-life Reagan could NEVER win.”

He was down 8-9 points up to election day-—and won handily (breathing sigh of relief).

Voters in Va need to understand that Terry McAuliffe (and Hillary Clinton) are key chinagate figures along with then General Ji, the military intelligence director of the People’s Liberation Army and Colonel Liu Chao Ying.

I have always felt that the 19th Amendment was a bad idea, and the voting patterns of women bear that out...on the other hand, how does that explain 75R-25D margins (assuming 50/50 gender breakdown) you see in many counties across Tennessee, Oklahoma, Idaho, and others? Why do women in THOSE areas vote Republican as opposed to women in other regions? I have my ideas...what does everyone else think?

what is the marriage and church attendance rate? There seems to be an overwhelming amount of women looking for the state to be their husbands and their saviors.

...what is the marriage and church attendance rate?

I do not have that data, but I would agree those are MAJOR factors. Here in Red England; the area is recognized as one of the LEAST religious regions of the country. Coincidentally; this area is ruled by extremist Democrats and leftist RINO's...nary a conservative politician in sight, and any that run for office are usually stomped by a considerable margin. (One might argue that the Governor of Maine is conservative, but he's about it...)

Look at Red Hampshire...two female Senators, two female Congresswomen, and a female Governor; elected by some of the most extreme pro-choice women to be found anywhere in the country.

Is the difference strong Christian values? Is it marriage? Or something else entirely? (Keep in mind that many of these radical women in Red England ARE married...)
