When the Alaska Family Action debate moderator asked the right questions, Joe Miller had the right answers and his opponents in the Republican U.S. Senate primary did not. Those are the simple facts.
On Illegal aliens pouring into our country, Miller explained he is against amnesty and a “pathway to citizenship” for those who enter our nation illegally. He then pointed out that both of his opponents have suspect positions on amnesty. Mead Treadwell supports the “pathway” and Dan Sullivan is supported by the vehemently pro-amnesty US Chamber of Commerce. Republican, pro-amnesty senators John McCain and Susan Collins are in Sullivan’s corner and the would-be senator’s campaign is being funded by amnesty money.
When asked about his position on the right to life, Miller pointed out that he was the only candidate supported by “Alaska Right to Life” and that at various times...

If he is opposed to amnesty, expect the republicans and RNC to do everything in their power, up to and including backing the democrat opponent, to make certain that he is not elected. Don’t want anyone getting in the way of the gravy train rolling up from mexico city, now would we?
