Reporting live on CNN, Wolf Blitzer accused Charlie Hebdo of occasionally going over the line in their satirical criticisms of current events.
The comment came as Blitzer was detailing the Islamic terrorist attack against the Charlie Hebdo office, which resulted in the deaths of 10 staff members and two police officers.
Blitzer categorically slammed the attacks and said there was no justification for it. However, in detailing what Charlie Hebdo is known for, he added that, at times, they went over the line in their commentary.
The attack on the office happened today and is currently believed to have been carried out by three Islamic extremists. Charlie Hebdo was targeted because they published pictures of Muhammad. Those who carried out the attack shouted, We have avenged the Prophet Muhammad and Allahu Akbar during the murders.

Fortunately, all five viewers of Wolfie, got the hear this.
This is why I don’t watch the Communist News Network: They confuse their opinion with news.
From the network that licked the [boots] of Saddam for access.
As if Blitzer never went over the line.
Pot, kettle.....
Wolf Blitzer went over the line.
Really? Guess that’s why they pay you the big bucks.
What a gutless wonder. I’ll remember this — it was only too far because it was Islam.
Perhaps Wolf is right. Perhaps France really doesn’t have that pesky “Freedom of Speech” thingy.
It’s clear that France has tolerated way too many muzzie immigrants, so as now it may be too late to stop Sharia Law from overturning any other freedoms France used to have.
Who knows? Maybe one day - if its not too late - France will come to its senses.
Before - once again - America has to come to its rescue.
Idiot
Where would that “line” be when it comes to anti-Christian ridicule?
The only thing France went over the line with was immigration.
Charlie Hebdo on occasion satirically portrayed Islam as a terrorist death cult. I hope this event taught them whether that caricature is accurate.
This is the type of superficial nonsense that passes for journalism these days. What, exactly, did Charlie Hebdo do or write that went over the line? Was it the cartoon? If it was, there are cartoons about Jews and Christians that are much worse. Is Wolf saying they should be censored? Or is Wolf saying that this went over the line because Muslims are violent and Christians and Jews aren’t? If that’s the case, would it be OK for Christians and Jews to start killing CNN reporters who don’t report on Christian and Jewish issues in the right way? He’s an idiot.
