This reads more like an article from the “Tattler” ... LOL ...
It’s really unclear, without reading several times over again, where this item came from, according to the scientists. It appears that they’re saying it came from a balloon they launched into the stratosphere, which was collecting dust up there. This was in the dust.
Past that point, the article gets even murkier as to what is going on.
Again, this reads more like an article in the Tattler or the Star, rather than anything significant! It could ALSO be an article from “The Onion” for all I know!
I think it’s part of an advertising campaign for the next version of the movie Prometheus! ... LOL ...

I actually liked Prometheus but I think it was more a matter of liking Noomi Rapace.
I did think it was cool that Shaw wanted that Crucifix back.

I chose the topic Nothing and went on for about three pages why Nothing was Something. The lady Prof. thought my rambling was unique but not worth an A. Most college professors today are expert in how to turn nothing into a couple of hundred grand a year.

While I have become convinced of the existence of UFOs, I think these secondary speculations are just sensationalism and an appeal to “pop science”.
