I wouldn't be for Trump now if MSM and the GOPe hadn't systematically marginalized Cruz before Trump got in.

I’ve been saying for a while the GOP would do anything including cheat to keep Trump of the ballot. They haven’t gotten into outright cheating yet, but the mass attack is just getting started. Expect everyone they can buy off to be hitting Trump any way they can think of in the very near future.
And he’ll probably look like he’s swatting mosquitoes...
So far Jeb, Jindal and Perry, I’m not sure who will step up to the plate next...I’m pretty sure Huckabee will hold out for a good while, Cruz will drop out of the race before he’ll attack Trump, They’re probably trying to keep Rubio for later if possible, now Christie...there’s a very good possibility, maybe Rand Paul...
Who am I forgetting...Walker...nah...Probably whoever is on his way out anyway is going to take a few potshots at Trump as a last act of defiance...I can’t decide who will be next to go into attack mode though...Christie wouldn’t surprise me.

Same here. It isn’t that Cruz isn’t good enough, it is that he doesn’t have the chops to be effective enough. McInsane and others labeled him a TEA Party candidate and they waged war against the TEA Party.
