The U.S. Office of Government Ethics on Friday released President Donald Trump's financial disclosure, a 98-page document that details his sprawling hotel and real estate empire.
The White House said last month that Trump would voluntarily release his financial disclosure from the 2016 calendar year. The document shows Trump's assets, debts and transactions, but does not provide an exact picture of his net worth.

that’s what I don’t understand about the people who are always DEMANDING his tax returns. They won’t show his net worth either. And not one of those demanding would decline the offer for him to transfer his assets to them!
Poor as I may be, I LOVE the fact that there are some very, very, very wealthy people out there like Donald Trump ... and imagine what he’s given up to take on the thankless job of POTUS, to suffer the slings and arrows of the mindless. But thank God he has.
It must be said that his wealth protects him... all the DC pols are owned by someone else (or several someone elses), and he clearly is not. He’s his own man, much more than any of them can say.

I remember when he first announced he was going to run for president, that was the take - he would be crucified because there would be a whole passel of people out there who he wouldn’t owe any favors...no favors - no control. Their angst since is very palpable and transparent for the whole world to see but sadly, not everyone is seeing it.
