Chip all deportees with GPS.
Then deport them to any muzzy place.
Added incentive to take moneyed return to country of choice.

Any folks that might leave Germany will take the money, then go back under a different name. As you noted, Germany is a socialist paradise. Why stay away when Germany will give you everything you need, for free?
Plus there is the added bonus of spreading Islam. An Islamic immigrant in Germany is more than just an immigrant. He is also a jihadist.
