It’s about time!
GOP House Representative Paul Gosar will file treason charges against the collaborators who have attempted to overthrow President Trump in a soft coup.
He claims that their actions were not only illegal but constituted an attempted coup of a sitting US president using false dossier information that they knew was really opposition research (lies) paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
He is seeking charges against former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Gosar said:
“The FBI knowingly took false information from the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign and then used it to smear Donald Trump in order to hurt his campaign.”
“The full-throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason.”

You have the link to Gosar’s letter report. He calls for treason charges to be filed. He has all authority to call for those charges and to demand them or demand an explanation why they are not made.
The question remains why hundreds of other Members are not calling for the same.
Now get off your semantic high horse and contact your representative to inquire if they will be following Gosar’s lead.
Congress is not a Star Chamber and is not a Grand Jury, its members cannot charge anybody with anything, and this constant BS grandstanding by people who should know better is ridiculous.
Congress funds the executive branch and it of course does oversight of things that it funds, such as the FBI.
If Congress thinks that it sees that crimes have been committed during the course of its oversight, Congress can send criminal referrals. So the poster's question is a good one. And it ISN'T grandstanding by the Congressman. Sheesh.

One common definition of "file" is to formerly document something.
So how does a Congressmen formerly document charges? He does that by sending a letter to the prosecutor, with a recommendation for criminal charges.

Last time I checked Hillary’s emails, U1 involvement, and Clinton Foundation have nothing to do with Trump’s campaign.

I believe the proper thing for me to do, would be to recuse myself from any questions involving those kind of investigations that involve Secretary Clinton and that were raised during the campaign or to be otherwise connected to it.

Sessions recused from something, but he did not recuse himself from dealing with sedition and treason.
Congress can also specify funds be withheld until they answers and action. Either way, they have a lot of control if they have the will.
Why haven’t those bastards been arressted? Sheriff Joe Arpaio (sp?) was arrested on far lesser charges.
The sooner they can get some folks headed for a jail cell(or more) in this mess,the sooner they may get somebody to open up about more collaborators in this.
