I am at a loss how Cohen’s defense attorney can openly malpractice and not be immediately disbarred. Davis could give two nickles about what is going to happen to Cohen, but is going to and already has destroyed him to get at Trump. That’s not a defense attorney, that’s a Clinton political hack.
Now they are on go fund me to cover up who’s really paying Davis.

Cohen owes the IRS $1.5 million plus penalties & interest.

The IRS will get every cent it can, and quickly. And expect the City of New York and the State of New York to each reach into Cohen’s funds.

New York double jeopardy law takes into consideration federal convictions for the same violations.

Cohen would rather take modest federal punishment than New York’s worst.

Three to five years for $1.5 million in tax evasion probably is a pretty good deal for the client.

His wife probably signed the returns too. I’m not sure what’s going to happen to her.
