I think it’s likely Hillary’s plan was to win the election and then go after Trump with fabricated federal indictments, in an all-out retaliation for various things including what he said about her during the campaign. She learned this from her sociopath mentors, like Alinsky, and her genocidal heroes like Mao and the rest of them.
Hillary would unleashed the wrath of hell, including the Federal government upon all of her enemies.

This is the only thing that makes any sense. Had they been afraid that Trump was going to win....they would have pulled the rip cord much sooner.
She wanted to destroy his financial empire with the collusion with the Russian story and the dirty dossier. They were going to take him down big time.
His winning meant he eventually would get control of the Intelligence community and trap the rats.
Gonna be fun to watch Trump spring the trap.
